This app is awesome! The closest alternative I could find for Winamp + Pacemaker!

The app itself works pretty well. I just wish there was a way to use the app in the background or at least have an option to disable the screensaver because after 3 mins (or whatever your iPhones setting is) it stops playing and I have to unlock my phone again if I forget to touch the screen once in a while.

This app is Awesome. It is really helpful for any musician who enjoys figuring out a song by ear. If this was out for PC or Mac and had these features. Id totally pay $40 for it. So ya... $5 isnt that bad.

Paid for this and half the time it cant load audio tracks that have been bought off iTunes! Not recommended.

This is the only tool you will need to put you back in control of your practice time! Stop re-tuning your instrument to the track and pulling your hair out over light-speed passages. The best part? Tracks are stored in a list with your tuning preference and tempo adjustments. Tremendous utility for your practice routine! Now, if only I could hear my instrument within the program so that I could work with headphones, my wife would like it much better too.

This is the best app on the market to transcribe jazz solos and other music on ipad. Really the BEST! 5 stars when you will add a piano keyboard in the app features! Yeah!

Ive had this app since the beginning. It "was" great until they made the app not able to load content with DRM protection which is just about EVERY song out there... Its now useless

Works as described. Speed up, slow down, loop, maintain pitch. Very useful app for lots of audio situations

The interface and functionality for this app are intuitive. I like being able to see the waveform and being able to use pinch zoom to expand and contract it. The configurable buttons are a nice addition too. A good app.

You cant beat it. Great Deal. Timestretch with a good looking UI and WAVE Form view with Pinch to Zoom in and Out!

Great app . This is better than most all other apps of the same function. Ill I might ask for is an update that slows the music down even more for those really fast licks,but none the less , great app guys but please update : )

I spent a very long time looking for an app that would allow me to bring in songs from my iTunes library and set them up to loop so that I can learn meticulous guitar parts section by section. The ability to time stretch and maintain pitch is crucial to learning difficult passages and this app has it nailed. I love that it remembers my previous tracks so I can go back to them when I want to. I cant recommend it enough!

I looked and looked for an app that would allow me to isolate solos and transcribe or learn them. This app is really well done and allows you to slow the tempo and demystify what your hearing. I think its well worth the $4. I love it.  Now, off to transcribe some Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea, and Wynton Kelly solos. 

I have used many slow-down programs for learning music over the past few years, but have been very frustrated with most of them. Some take longer to learn and are not very user-friendly. All of them had one major flaw (IMO) and that was they would not read from my iTunes library. I had to first burn the song to a CD and then rip it back in as an MP3 before I could select a segment to slow down and loop. I had written to Apple and asked if they would add this function as a plug-in to the iTunes player, but my suggestion was ignored. Then, along comes mimiCopy. This does exactly what I want and is relatively easy to use. Thank you for filling a need when I needed it most! I am telling my friends about this app.

Does exactly what is expected. Keeps the tuning while allowing the user to follow along at much slower speeds.

Super easy to change key for vocal practice of any song you have the mp3 for, also easy to set loop so you can skip the intro to a song to get right at the meat of things. Sound quality after tempo/key change is totally adequate for any music practice need, guitar or otherwise. $5 is totally fair for the usability of this app.

Worth every penny. Needed to practice choir music, and the only iTunes recordings were in a different key. I imported each to MimiCopy and shifted the key for each to match my scores. MimiCopy maintains the whole list, and remembers which piece is in which key so I can practice them all in a row without hassle. Slow down and looping on a snippet are easy as well. Im recommending this app to all my musician friends.

Does exactly what it says. Easy GUI is very intuitive and simple to use. Sound quality is good and I really love the skip back function....extremely usable and the best app of its kind Ive owned / tried, recommended!
